Ocean Ridge Management is a management company formed in the late 1960's to provide first rate management services to six cooperatives:

The Ocean Mews, Inc. (The Mews) The Mews South Inc. (The Villas), 6823 Corporation (The Manors), The Ocean Maisonettes (North Maisonettes) & Maisonettes South, Inc. (South Maisonettes) and Ocean House North, Inc. The ORM communities are located on a barrier island with the Atlantic Ocean to east and the Intracoastal Waterway to the west. Each of the six communities has it's own Board of Directors, it's own Budget, By-Laws and Rules. The Mews, Villas and Manors are also on the ocean side of A1A and are constructed as adjoining Villas, each with an ocean view. The North & South Maisonettes are single family homes on the Intracoastal side of the street with 22 homes in the North Maisonettes & 9 homes in the South Maisonettes. Ocean House North has 24 apartment style units in a five story building on the ocean side, all with terraces and ocean views.

The ORM cooperatives surround The Ocean Club of Florida. Although the ORM communities & The Ocean Club are two separate organizations, most homeowners have joined the club and enjoy it's facilities. Membership in the Ocean Club of Florida is by invitation.

ORM also provides Real Estate and Rental services through ORM Realty, LLC. ORM Realty focuses on assisting owners within the Ocean Ridge Management cooperatives in selling their homes. Buyers must be approved by the cooperative association and sales are not financed.

In addition to assisting owners with sales, ORM Realty offers rentals to family and friends of owners and sponsored guests of Ocean Club members. Off-season rates apply May 15th through November 1st . Try to make your reservations early if planning to visit during the holidays or spring break.

Palm Beach International Airport is only 15 miles from Ocean Ridge so it is an easily accessible community!
