Rental Information

 

Ocean Ridge Management is pleased to offer rental accommodations to owners, their families, Ocean Club Members, their families and to sponsored guests. Rentals are available year round, but be sure to reserve early for the holidays! Ocean Club privileges may be available for Sponsored Guests please contact The Membership Director of The Ocean Club Of Florida to request a guest account.

·       All rental units are “No Smoking / No Pets.”

·       May accept children, or restrict children under the age of twelve.

·       We must receive full payment for all rentals of thirty (30) days or less.

·       Minimum stay required; varies by rental unit.

·        If guests in units would like daily housekeeping, they may request this service at their cost.

·       For extended stays, (7 nights or more) a weekly full housekeeping service will be included for all the units (included in the rental rate).

·       Check out cleaning fees are charged to the rental guest, included in the rental contract.
